I purchased a large tract from this company 4 years ago and then, as now, you have to be quick! If you are ready to pull the trigger, I recommend getting on their mailing list which will send you an email as soon as it is posted on UA-cam. In my case, I think the post was less than 10 minutes old when I sent my deposit. Legit company and beautiful land.

@@InstantAcresis there anything you wished you subbed out? I’m leaning towards subbing out the mortaring.
Unless you have done excavation we would say that is something that you should sub out. The mortaring is easy IF the pool has been property excavated. We actually over-excavated ours quite a bit (not good), so we needed 2-3 times as much mortar to fill it back in than we would have if it were excavated by a pro.

Even if you demoed the house, (I would) it's a great deal. Wooded 15 acre corner lot with electric, well and septic. It's all hard wood. You could clearcut 5 acres and make a 1/3 to 1/2 your money back However, this place is remote. If you want a Walmart, you're going to drive an hour at least. I would buy it, but it's in the wrong state. I want this in south-central Tennessee.
It is definitely private/secluded but there is a "Super Wal-Mart" about 25-30 miles east in Camdenton (also the main city at the Lake of the Ozarks). Or, there are all kinds of other stores that are closer, if you are not the Wal-Mart type.

No main drains or returns…👀 besides that over all pretty good
It's been 6+ years and the setup has worked beautifully so far.
The "Aqua-Genie" is system does't use floor drains, it drains through the skimmers (return is built into the lower part of the skimmer). We actually had our doubts that the system would keep the pool clean, but it works just as well as (if not better than) a normal pool with floor drains. We are told it is safer than a pool with floor drains as well.

The problem Florida is mainly swamp land near streams. There are nice pieces but when a hurricane comes by the streams all get flooded. I seen some nice areas near the rainbow river. 73
